PFC Groupu2019s HSE Department successfully carried out the u201cSpot It, Stop Itu201d Near-Miss Reporting Safety Campaign for the Carbon Area workforce, aimed at strengthening awareness on identifying hazards and promoting proactive safety behavior. The campaign began with certificate distribution for employees who had previously taken part in safety initiatives, followed by an informative awareness session led by EGA representatives and interactive near-miss reporting games, along with a raffle draw to boost engagement. On the second day, employees conducted safety walkabouts across the site, inspecting work areas, identifying potential hazards, and observing safe practices to reinforce learning through real-time exposure. The final day featured internal training sessions on proper near-miss reporting procedures, along with feedback sharing and discussions that encouraged teamwork and strengthened the companyu2019s collaborative safety culture, reaffirming PFC Groupu2019s commitment to maintaining a safe and vigilant work environment.
