In celebration of International Labour Day, PFC Group’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Department held an event at their Jebel Ali site office to honor workers. The occasion emphasized the importance of respect, unity, and gratitude towards the workforce. Senior management and client representatives expressed appreciation for employees’ hard work, recognizing them as essential to project success. The PFC HSE Manager noted that Labour Day is a time to value workers’ efforts. The event encouraged open dialogue, allowing workers to share their experiences, creating a collaborative and emotional atmosphere.

PFC 16th Anniversary Celebrations at Al Awir Desert, Sharjah on Feb 2025
PFC Group triumphed in the first-ever Contractors Cricket League (CCL) 2025, lifting the trophy after a thrilling final against Dubai Euro Technical Services. The competition, which featured four teams—PFC Group, AMTC Group, Dubai Euro Technical Services, and Alight Steel—delivered seven exciting matches, with the final being a nail-biting contest. PFC Group secured victory, with standout performances from Mr. Khuram Sajjad, who earned the title of Best Batsman, and Mr. Arham Sajjad, who was named Most Valuable Player. Dubai Euro Technical Services finished as the First Runners-Up, with Mr. Sudheesh taking home the Best Bowler award for his impressive performances with the ball.

PFC Group celebrated its 16th anniversary in grand style at the picturesque Al Awir Desert, Sharjah, where employees and guests were treated to an unforgettable experience. The event featured a thrilling mix of activities, including exhilarating dune bashing and sandboarding, providing an adrenaline rush amidst the vast desert landscape. Attendees also had the chance to experience traditional camel and horse rides, adding a unique cultural touch to the adventure. The celebration was further enhanced by captivating dance performances, showcasing a blend of cultural and modern entertainment. In addition, the anniversary festivities included a prestigious award function, where outstanding employees were recognized for their hard work and achievements. PFC v/s AMTC Friendly Cricket Match on December 2024
On January 25, 2025, PFC Group and MBS organized a football tournament at JLF, Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, as part of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. The event, held from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, featured four teams from the two companies competing in six matches to determine the tournament champion. PFC emerged victorious, taking home the title. This tournament highlighted the importance of team-building activities within corporate environments.

PFC Group Iftar Party on March 2024
PFC Group organized an Iftar party at the scenic Al Rahba Farm House to celebrate the spirit of Ramadan and foster camaraderie among its staff and employees. The event aimed to provide a joyous and communal atmosphere for breaking the fast during the holy month.
The event kicked off with a heartfelt speech by our MD, emphasizing the importance of unity, compassion, and gratitude during Ramadan. The call to prayer echoed through the serene surroundings, signaling the time to break the fast. With a collective sigh of relief, everyone reached for a date and a glass of water, savoring the first bites and sips after a day of fasting
s the evening drew to a close, the group gathered for a final prayer, expressing thanks for the blessings of the day and the opportunity to come together in unity. The Iftar party had successfully achieved its goal of fostering camaraderie and spreading joy among the PFC Group family, leaving everyone with hearts full of warmth and spirits lifted for the days to come.
F.Willich Chemical Injection Workshop on March 2024
PFC Group attended the F.Willich Chemical Injection Workshop on 06 March 2024 for the introduction of the new product. The workshop had 2 sessions, theoretical & practical sessions. Overall the sessions is good. During the theoretical session, participants learned about the importance and applications of chemical injection in various industries. They were introduced to the innovative features of the new product and how it can improve efficiency and safety in operations.
In the practical session, attendees had the opportunity to witness a live demonstration of the product in action. They got to see firsthand how easy it is to use and the positive impact it can have on processes. The interactive nature of the session allowed for questions and discussions, enhancing everyone’s understanding and engagement. Overall, the workshop was insightful and engaging, providing valuable knowledge and hands-on experience for all participants. .

In line with our team-building goal, PFC participated in the football tournament organized by Mapei Middle East on February 18, 2024, at Sports Mania Stadium in Dubai. The primary aim was to enhance team spirit among our members. We actively engaged and displayed true sportsmanship during the event. Introducing team-building exercises in the workplace can greatly benefit us.
